At Illusiv, we're here to help with any question, concern or feedback. We're an online-only brand: every tee is printed to order in India by our production partner and shipped straight to your door, so there's no shop counter to visit. But we're always just a message away.

We reply to every email within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

⚖️ Grievance redressal

If you feel a complaint was not handled properly, email notifications@illusiv.in with "Grievance" in the subject line and your order number. We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
