Shipping Policy

Illusiv ships across India. All timelines below are in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  1. Delivery Timeline
    Most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days after order confirmation. Rare delays may occur due to logistical or operational factors.
  2. Order Processing
    Orders are printed, quality-checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner on business days. You will receive a dispatch update once the parcel leaves our facility.
  3. Shipping Partners
    We use trusted carriers such as BlueDart Air and Delhivery Air. The partner is selected automatically based on your PIN code and service availability.
  4. Serviceable Areas
    We currently ship only within India. If your address is outside service coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund for the unserviceable order.
  5. Shipping Fees
    Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. From time to time, promotional free-shipping offers may apply.
  6. Order Tracking
    A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please email notifications@illusiv.in.
  7. Address Changes
    Shipping address edits are possible only before dispatch. Email notifications@illusiv.in with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible.
  8. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages (RTO/RTS)
    Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times and/or contact you by phone/SMS. If a package is returned to sender due to incomplete address, unreachable recipient, or failed attempts, we will contact you to reship (additional shipping fee may apply) or process a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
  9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
    If the outer parcel appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at notifications@illusiv.in with photos (and video, if available). We will resolve this on priority.
  10. Delays & Exceptions
    Events such as severe weather, strikes, local restrictions, or other force-majeure situations can impact transit times. We will share updates whenever we receive carrier advisories.

    At Illusiv, we’re here to help you with any questions, concerns, or feedback. Since we are a purely online store and work in collaboration with different vendors, we don’t operate from a physical storefront. But we’re always just a message away.
