Illusiv Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at notifications@illusiv.in within 7 days of delivery.

How to claim:
• Send us clear photos of the defect and packaging.
• An unboxing video is required for verification.

Once approved, we will either reprint and replace the item or issue a full refund. Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

2. Non-Defective Returns (Wrong Size or Change of Mind)

Because every Illusiv piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size selection, style preference, or change of mind.

If you would like another size or style, you may place a new order separately.

 

3. Lost-in-Transit Orders

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will either replace your order at no cost or refund you in full. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

4. Refund Process

For all approved returns, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we confirm the item’s condition.

Processing time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Each Illusiv design is printed on demand, just for you. This reduces waste, ensures exclusivity, and supports mindful production.

While we can’t accept returns for personal preference, we stand behind our quality and will always fix genuine printing or delivery issues.

• Open your package carefully and record the unboxing if you suspect damage.
